Experience:
The Real Property Partners at Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Northeast Mentor, OH
Lead Agent and Managing Partner 2003-Present
I acquired my real estate license in 2003 and by the end of 2004 I ranked in the top 20 % in an office of 120 agents. I subsequently formed the Real Property Partners and have been one of the top agents in the area ever since.
My career began with Realty One and, through a series of acquisitions, became a Howard Hanna agent. I am now affiliated with Keller Williams and am looking forward to a long term relationship with the fastest growing real estate company in America.
I began handling foreclosed properties in late 2004. My experience with a general contracting firm has turned out to be a huge plus in evaluating foreclosures and determining the scope of repairs that would be required to bring an asset up to par.

Other: Together with my wife of 37 years, we created the Andy Nowacki Memorial Endowment Fund at Lakeland Community College. Every year we award at least one full scholarship to a deserving student who has a sincere desire to serve his or her respective community as a police office, firefighter, paramedic, or emt technician.
In 2010 we founded the Andy Nowacki Foundation, a non-profit corporation designed to increase the number of students that we can help. The foundation fund is enhanced every year by a fundraiser that has been referred to as the premiere event in Lake County.
The scholarship is dedicated to the memory of our youngest son, Andy, who was a police officer and marine reservist. Andy was killed in action in Iraq on February 26, 2005 while heroically defending his convoy. He was at the end of his second tour.
